At Limitless Care Group, we select support workers who are passionate about providing a high quality of care to those in need. Meet some of our management team below;
Martyn is the director and founder of the Limitless Care Group and oversees the daily operation of the group from the head office.
Abbie oversees care within the East Lancashire area and builds bespoke care packages for our service users here.
Maz is our legally responsible manager with the Care Quality Commission and is in charge of care across our Lancashire branch.
Jessica co-ordinates care planning and package building for service users across Central and South Lancashire.
Amy is the first face you will meet within the care group with responsibility for recruitment, staff relations and parent communications.
Sophie recently launched a new service within Blackburn with Darwen and oversees all care planning in the area.

What types of shifts do you offer?
We are growing our care group and have a wide variety of shifts you can choose from. Our ideal candidate has a flexible approach to work which can include unsociable hours such as evenings, weekends and public holidays. We have shifts to suit part-time or bank support workers and also those requiring full time contracts.
